State approved RBS training provider seeking an experienced trainer to provide training classes.
This position requires extensive California liquor law knowledge therefore we will require that applicant have current or previous work experience with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control or equivalent professional experience. Experience speaking in front of large groups and training beneficial.
This position involves:
Travel to ABC licensee location (covering the entire Southern California Area) - we also book classes statewide and can discuss your availability to travel..
Provide RBS training classes to ABC licensees and their employees. (Classes typically run 3 1/2 to 4 hours in length)
Training materials, PPT presentation, testing materials and course outline provided.
Require the following: Laptop computer, projector screen, projector, speakers
This is a permanent and ongoing part-time opportunity. We typically book 1-4 training classes per month (some months are busier than others). Trainers are encouraged to book classes on their own as well.
Trainers also needed for Central and Northern California.
Working with people can be fun and rewarding. If you like working with the public you will be very successful at this position. We need responsible people in the Rancho, Riverside, Lake Elsinore and Moreno Valley ares to register people to vote and to update voter's information. You will be compensated $5 to $7 per registration X(times) 40 to 70 registered voters, daily. This year is an extremely important election year for the state of CA. It is a crucial time with our economic situation and we will be voting in a new governor, many propositions and a number of initiatives. Only a few candidates will be chosen for this position. It is important that you are focused, responsible and can follow direction well. You must read, and carry out the following to become a qualifying candidate.

Due to growth we have immediate opportunities for a part-time (Weekend) substitute Criminal Justice Instructor at Our San Bernardino, CA UEI Campus.
Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach one or more subjects within the Criminal Justice curriculum; recommend changes regarding textbooks and other aspects of the curriculum. Instructors are hired for 1 or 2 sessions.
Prepare and deliver lecture and lab demonstrations as outlined in curriculum.
Facilitate class discussions.
Essential Skills And Experience:
Instructors must have at a minimum, an associates degree earned from an accredited college or university
Instructors must be knowledgeable in the criminal justice or security field and have specific experience in that area. This requirement can be met by having a minimum of three years work experience in the field (or related field).
Preferred: instructors should have demonstrated teaching ability through previous experience at a college-level educational facility.
Ideally, instructors in the CJ and Security program will have a law enforcement background, giving them experience with both the academic content as well as the hands-on lab equipment that is taught in the program and utilized in everyday law enforcement.
