Dr. owns and runs Hospice via his cell phone, he is irrational and rude. He works nurses into the dirt, most nurses last anywhere from 2 weeks-2 months....wonder why? Doesn't pay overtime tells nurses to add it to days they would like off; which they never get because the workload is never ending. They are understaffed, training is maybe a day, then you are thrown to the wolves to figure it out. Puts patients and your license in jeapordy. He takes advatage of new grads because of our economic plight.....like leading sheep to the slaughter. One story of a nurse: she worked from 9:30am-12:30am and Doctor told her he would only pay her for 8 hours and to add the rest to time off? Absolutely absurd! Happens all the time there. There is so much more to say, believe me! Don't put your patients or your license in jeapordy, it's not worth it STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JOB!

We are looking for a Dental Assistant ( Back and Front) at our office in Hemet –San Jacinto area who can,

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient,
• Guide parents and patients about the treatment,
• Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instructions,
• Prepare patient for examination and treatment,
• Take x-rays and save to patient charts,
• Responsible for the operational readiness of the hygiene bay and operatory rooms,
• Assist professional dental staff with treatment,
• Help in office inventory and back office management,
• Help for patient scheduling, insurance verification and other front office job.
